Thermal insulations
On the reinforced concrete façade and walls (and on other reinforced concrete structures), on the roof, based on thermal technology and acoustic calculations, in the size and material set out in the completion plans.


A heat pump and gas condensation combined heating, cooling and warm water supply system will be operated in the building. The whole energy supply system is connected to a remote supervision network and thus all error messages will immediately appear at the operator. Troubleshooting is in most cases possible without actually having to go to the building.

The operation of the combined electric energy and gas system always enables the use of the currently more cost efficient energy source.

The Hoval ventilation system always guarantees fresh air through a continuous air suck-in and exhaust and it also eliminates contaminating agents and odours and regulates humidity.

All consumption (cold and warm water, heating, cooling and electricity) of the apartments can be measured with separate meters.

Our buyers may have the possibility of modifications excluding the outside of the building and its structure for payment and depending on the decision of the seller. The modification cannot have a negative effect on other possible residents and third parties. All modifications can only be made with the consent of the seller and following the payment of possible additional arising costs.

Modification possibilities: modification of the interior layout or selection from the provided collection or value limit.


Subject to approval by the seller, the buyer has the possibility to modify the layout shown – if it is technically possible – until the deadline set out by the seller. The agreed modification will be carried out by the seller at the request of the buyer upon the fulfilment of the conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to modify the technical content, if this does not have a negative effect on the above technical quality.
